Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to “win” as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring.
When it comes to leadership, my philosophy is to lead from the front. Psychology also plays a part in leadership, and my two pronged approach is Humanistic and Behaviorism. Teaching the correct repeatable behaviors will elicit the responses that are being requested. The humanistic approach includes being consistent with my personality and core values, which includes honesty, ethics, and practical application.
